Last week, we finalized the sale of the fully leased branch of BASE flexible offices, located within the Churchill office complex in Prague 2. The acquiring company, Scott.Webber Workplace, is actively expanding and solidifying its position as a leader in Prague's flexible office market.
"The concept of Prague’s BASE combined a perfect location, stylish work environment, high quality, and top-notch amenities with the carefree flexibility characteristic of coworking spaces. However, within the flexible office market, we have observed a trend toward consolidation by specialized operators, who can offer their tenants a higher degree of flexibility due to a wider range of locations. Therefore, instead of further expanding the BASE branch in Prague, we have decided to concentrate on our main activity, which is the development of large-scale projects in the broader center of Prague," says Pavel Streblov, Business Director for commercial development at Penta Real Estate.
The BASE branch located in the unique Jurkovič Heating Plant in Bratislava remains part of our portfolio and will continue to provide clients with exceptional office spaces and services.
